Food with Friends: featuring Terri Edwards

Join St. Louis Plant-Centered Living as we Skype with Food for Life Instructor and YouTub star Terri Edwards of EatPlant-Based.com. Terri will be discussing her journey how she solved her joint pain, adult acne, and sleep issues by switching to a whole food, plant-based lifestyle.

We'll have FREE samples of Terri’s recipes after the presentation, in addition to a Q & A with Sandi Hemming, a registered dietitian who focuses on plant-based nutrition.

As we have seen repeatedly, plant-based nutrition has the power to change lives. We encourage you to invite someone who may have an interest in the health benefits associated with plant-based diet.

Doors open at 10:00 a.m. Event starts at 10:30 a.m.

Please reserve your seat today!
