Food with Friends: featuring Amy Johnson

Join St. Louis Plant-Centered Living as we Skype with blogger and YouTuber Amy Johnson AKA Mrs. Plant in Texas. Amy will share her inspirational journey where she conquered her Type 2 diabetes and high cholesterol through a whole food, plant-based diet.

We'll have FREE samples of Amy’s recipes after the presentation, in addition to a Q & A with Sandi Hemming, a registered dietitian who focuses on plant-based nutrition.

As we have seen repeatedly, plant-based nutrition has the power to change lives. We encourage you to invite someone who may have an interest in the health benefits associated with plant-based diet.
